Total Safety Consultancy was started in 2018 by James Rankin, after friends asked him for help while struggling to find a fire company that specializes in housing. The current risk assessments they were getting were not specialist or even taking in account the type of property. 

 

A lot of fire safety companies don't specializes in housing, where as we do. James spent several years working in property management and understands that not everything is as simple in residential as it is in commercial shops etc.

Since starting the business James has taken on and trained 2 other assessors and gained many contracts with both local and national estate agents, Housing Associations and more.
