Legionella Risk assessments
It is a legal requirement (mandatory) that the landlord carries out a risk assessment of the property that assesses the risk of exposure to legionella. The risk assessment must consider the domestic hot and cold water systems, water tanks, water heaters and the water temperature.

A Legionella risk assessment will involve checking all water outlets, water storage systems, pipe work and boiler systems. once its been completed one of the team will happily give you a call to go through any actions outlined in the plan. Your assessment should be revised at least yearly to make sure it is still up to date with and new regulations that come out
